"Great, they know we're here now" she says "Let's get outa' here before the guards show up." as she heads down the open path.

"No arguements here..." she says flying after Fox "Got any idea where we're headed..?"

Just down the hall, the two ran into a sloppy mess of dismembered, twitching limbs, leaking culture fluid, and the eerie sounds of broken laughter coming from behind one of the canisters. Whatever happened here, it hadn't been pretty.

"Eew, but it looks like we're on the right trail." she says floating over the muck in the room tward the laughter "Looks like we've got a live one too."

The shrill, empty laugh came from a man in a labcoat with a gas mask over his face. The man sat slumped in a corner, shivering and staring into space.

"Almost over," he tittered, "Soon it will work itself back out..."

Seeing the crazed man with the lab coat she turns back to the red head "Not likely to get anything useful from him, mad he is." she says to the mage "Let's keep going."

"True enough" she says and looks around the room for another exit and seeing that the way they came in is the only one unsealed "This... complicates things."

"Eny meny miney..." she says and floats tward one of the doors "Steel, and good workmanship too... Oh well!" she says and places her hands on the door and pouring the primal energy of fire into the metal causing it to glow.

Suddenly, the man in the coat looked up, eyes wild and frantic behind his mask, his hyperventilation evidence as to his nervous state, "Elemental magic... he'll be coming for you now! Coming for you..."

'problem...'

"Dont worry Kaylea, I'll buy you the time you need" she says drawing her rapier and fadeing from sight "Sorry, but I can't be worrying about you if I need to fight." she whispers to the nut job running her sword through his throat.

Suddenly, a scythe with an emerald aura ripped through the wall, tearing the corpse of the madman in two to make way for the figure just now emerging. He almost seemed to look past Fox, glowering at Kaylea, "You! I'll never forget that stench! Where is Knuckles McDaniel!"

"Subdue rather than kill, if possible," Light looked to Zeaken and Cerys, "If needbe, however, I can revive a corpse."



"Understood," Zeaken nodded, eyes locked with the raging minotaur.

Looking onward to his once friends who now stood infront of him with their weapons drawn preparing to fight,

"So you plan to duel me here... ill just let you in on something, the Azan you knew before was weak. Training in hell i did until someone came down there to recruit me and help me escape from the wretched place. Ive been battle hardened and have more resolve than before to never be sent to somewhere where i would be left again where i cant get out by my own hands."

As he reaches for his weapon, an aura of pure shadow consumed Azan for a short time, when it enveloped him completely, the shadow aura split into two likenesses of Azan himself with glowing red eyes, and the real Azan stood between them with a smirk like he has been waiting for a decent battle.
