"That makes me tingle," he chuckled in a deep boomy voice, his body seeming to adapt to shrug off the blow as he took a few steps back while jogging in place to get a running start before lifting the jagged cross from his back to tuck it under his arm like a lance, "Wanna see something really super? As Zanth sees one of his golems crumble, he can feel his connection with the other golems slipping, and he thinks to himself, 'This is not good, if I can't keep control of them, I'm not sure what...'

At that moment, the golems then start to what almost looks like short-circuiting, and all of a sudden, they turn to dust. Zanth can feel the electricity bulit up from their last attack flowing though the wires from the chair that he escaped from eariler. Zanth then holds out his arm facing the buriser, and a massive flash of lightning comes blasting out from Zanth!

"You're annoying," Pinstripe muttered flatly before thrusting his blade up through Pargo's jaw from below and out the top of his skull, the big lug dropping like a sack of potatoes as soon as he retracted the blade.

Dzara stiffened for a moment as she processed what just happened before relaxing slightly. A part of her grumbled about the loss of a plaything while another part was relieved that Mr. Pinstripe seemed to still be on her side....though what side that was she could not figure out. First the Knights blackmail her into working for them, then they try to have her killed? By the very man they sent to protect her? Or did they send him to protect her after all? Was that just an illusion as well?

She kept her eyes on him even as she sent healing energy to Mr. Zanth. She tracked his every move as best as she could, knowing that it would do very little good if he decided that she truly was a loose end to be taken care. All it would do is show her her death as the blow landed. Or maybe he'd strangle her with her own shadow like he did the doctor? Her left thumb hovered over the button.

As Zanth regains consciousness, he feels a massive strike in the chest, like the lance is still hitting him, but as he looks down, the lance isn't there. Zanth tries to stand, but the pain is almost unbearable to even stand up, so he just sits on the ground.

As the doll crashes to the ground, his body briefly sparks with electricity before giving out, the light in his eyes apparently going dead.



Pinstripe stood there for only a few moments longer before approaching Dzara almost too quickly before stopping short at the sight of her hand on the trigger. Staring at it momentarily, he looked up to lock eyes with the woman for an even longer moment. The man that looked back was calm, collected, and strangely lucid for the eyes of a madman.

Reaching slowly into his jacket, he pulled out a piece of paper, folded it in half, and threw it her way, "Take him here and tell the gnome who greets you that you were sent by me. The doctor can repair him. I will cover your escape."
