Laying his hands across her wounded chest, where the blades had cut deep enough that it was a wonder she was still standing, the mage blushed a little deeper and concentrated, his aura taking on a brilliant white glow until, with a flash of soft light, the wound magically closed.

So I'd advise you to run before you end up getting killed by someone or something else." Then turns around and walks back to her cage. As she walks back she wonders, What the HELL was that all about? That bastard really thinks he can kill me that easily, if so then he has a lot more surprises coming up.

"So... be it," Lumus Dule muttered to himself, face drawn tight with a rage he could barely contain before he suddenly lightened up to address the crowd, "Our champion! Ryem has triumphed against incredible odds and, in a nearly unheard of turn of events, forced an opponent to withdraw in sheer terror of her performance this afternoon! Surely, she will wow us again in this evening's duel!"
